About the Map of Consciousness:
Developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins, the Map of Consciousness provides a framework to measure emotional and spiritual levels on a logarithmic scale from 1 to 1,000. Each level represents a specific view of life and state of being, ranging from shame (20) to enlightenment (700–1,000). This assessment encourages self-reflection on your alignment with these levels.
