Terms & Conditions
All Vendors must be a part of the LGBTQIA community or an Ally!
- Fee is 50$ for all vendors & food trucks. Non-refundable.
- 100 unique vendor spaces are available; 4 food truck spaces are available.
- No hot food permitted to be sold on The Green.
-Vendors are entitled to a 10 x10 space on The Green.
-Vendors are not permitted to set up on the sidewalks.
- Set up may begin at 9am; all vendors must be in space by 1130am.
- Spaces will not be assigned; spaces are first come, first served basis. The Green is a very large space so there is plenty of space to spread out.
- Vendors are to set up 2-5 feet from the sidewalks.
- Vendor spaces must be broken down completely by 6pm.
- No electricity or water will be provided.
- Vendors are to bring own tables, chairs, and tents.
- No music, loudspeakers, amplification equipment, or sound systems are allowed.
- Vendors are responsible for their own trash and keeping their area clean.
- No staking is permitted.
- No drugs or alcohol permitted. Evidence of either being used on Pride Market grounds will result in dismissal.
