Credit Transfer Application
If you have completed qualifications at the same or similar level within the last 5 years and would like to apply for extra credit, we will need access to your USI (Unique Student Identifier) transcript so we can verify your previous study.

Here’s how to give us access:
1. Go to the USI website: https://www.usi.gov.au
2. Click ‘Student Login’ and sign in.
3. From the menu, select ‘Provide your USI Transcript’ or ‘Manage Permissions’.
4. Search for Global Training Institute or enter our RTO code: 31192.
5. Select our organisation and grant permission to view your transcript — we recommend setting access for 1 year.
6. Don’t forget to save or submit your changes.
If your previous training does not appear in your USI transcript or was completed more than five years ago, please attach a copy your original transcript.
