Terms of Service
1. Company
• 1.1 Happy Space is a company that connects cleaners to facilities that require cleaning services, including residential properties, commercial offices, and large-scale real estate developments. The company contracts cleaners on a non-employment basis.
• 1.2 Happy Space acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of contracted cleaners outside the scope of its terms.
• 1.3 The company offers customized cleaning solutions tailored to the needs of businesses, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services for commercial and corporate environments. 1.4 Happy Space ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for commercial cleaning operations.
2. Equipment
• 2.1 Happy Space owns all equipment and cleaning kits provided to cleaners. Any loss or damage incurred during service due to cleaner negligence shall be the responsibility of the cleaner.
• 2.2 Cleaners are required to return equipment in proper condition after completing assigned tasks.
• 2.3 For large-scale or specialized projects, Happy Space may provide additional equipment and materials tailored to the requirements of the facility.
3. Cleaners
• 3.1 Cleaners must adhere to Happy Space’s Terms of Use at all times.
• 3.2 Violations of company policies will result in warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the breach.
• 3.3 Cleaners are expected to uphold the values of professionalism, reliability, and respect toward clients.
• 3.4 Cleaners must maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Breaches of privacy may result in legal consequences.
• 3.5 Cleaners assigned to corporate or large-scale projects will undergo additional training to meet the specific requirements of these environments.
4. Scheduling
• 4.1 Scheduling must be done via official Happy Space channels.
• 4.2 Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice and a 50% downpayment to confirm.
• 4.3 Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the service date for a full refund of the downpayment.
• 4.4 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date will result in forfeiture of the downpayment.
• 4.5 Rescheduling within 12-24 hours of the original service time is allowed without additional charges but must be rebooked within two weeks.
• 4.6 Corporate clients can opt for long-term service agreements with predefined schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Service Selection
• 5.1 Service preferences must be selected during booking. Clients may upgrade or extend services on the day of cleaning, subject to cleaner availability.
• 5.2 Special requests or instructions must be communicated through Happy Space’s admin team.
• 5.3 Happy Space is solely a cleaning service. Any special instructions not properly conveyed or outside the agreed-upon scope will not hold the company liable (e.g., endorsements of important items, errands).
• 5.4 Business and corporate clients can request specialized cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and sanitation of high-traffic areas.
6. Provider Preference
• 6.1 Clients may request specific cleaners subject to availability.
• 6.2 Provider requests must be made during booking and are considered final until the service is completed.
• 6.3 For recurring corporate or large-scale projects, dedicated cleaning teams may be assigned for consistency and quality assurance.
7. Service Proper
• 7.1 Cleaners are required to document the cleaning area with before-and-after videos for quality assurance.
• 7.2 Cleaners will use company-provided personal protective equipment and tools unless the client requests otherwise.
• 7.3 If clients prefer cleaners to use their equipment or materials, clients must provide proper instructions and accept associated risks.
• 7.4 Extensions of service require prior approval and must be paid through online transfer.
• 7.5 Gratuities are appreciated and go directly to cleaners.
• 7.6 Clients are advised to secure valuables and ensure pets are leashed to prevent accidents. Any bite injuries will be the client’s responsibility.
• 7.7 Cleaners are not responsible for damages caused by client-provided equipment or materials.
• 7.8 Happy Space is not liable for damages stemming from pre-existing property issues (e.g., overloaded sockets, faulty piping).
• 7.9 Cleaners will shoulder damages or losses for which substantial evidence of their responsibility exists. Payment terms can be negotiated.
• 7.10 Acts such as theft, property damage, or violence by cleaners are violations of Happy Space’s policies. The company will cooperate with the authorities but is not liable for criminal acts.
• 7.11 Complaints must be filed immediately or within two hours of service completion. Late complaints will be considered invalid.
• 7.12 For corporate and large-scale projects, Happy Space provides dedicated supervisors to oversee service quality and address concerns on-site.
8. Health and Safety
• 8.1 Happy Space is not responsible for injuries incurred by cleaners during service. Cleaners are required to adhere to safety protocols.
• 8.2 Clients must inform Happy Space of any hazardous conditions at the service location prior to booking.
• 8.3 Cleaners reserve the right to decline tasks that pose a risk to their safety or health.
• 8.4 For large-scale operations, Happy Space conducts safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Limitations of Liability
• 9.1 Happy Space shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or injuries beyond its reasonable control.
• 9.2 The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the scheduled service.
• 9.3 For corporate contracts, liability limitations and specific clauses can be negotiated and included in service agreements.
10. Amendments
• 10.1 Happy Space reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated via the official website or app.
• 10.2 Corporate clients will be notified of significant changes to terms that may affect ongoing service agreements.
11. Governing Law
• 11.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Happy Space operates.
