GREER COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS (GCPW)

ELECTRIC SERVICE AGREEMENT (SAE 1-2012)

This agreement between the Greer Commission of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as GCPW, and applicant hereinafter referred to as the customer, as follows, to -wit:

Customer desires to purchase electricity, both temporary and permanent, from GCPW for property they own as listed on the Application for Service ; therefore, has entered into an electric service agreement as required by GCPW and paid applicable connection fees.

GCPW acknowledges receipt of the connection fees for electric service at the above described property.

Customer acknowledges that the electric connection fee paid is for one connection, is applicable only for the above described property and is not to be transferable to any other location without special approval by the GCPW General Manager. Such special approval by the GCPW General Manager shall only be granted in circumstances which he/she deems extraordinary.

For electricity usage, the customer shall install and maintain at his/her own expense a meter base to house the GCPW’s meter for the dwelling or commercial building. In the event that the service lines need to be relocated, the customer will be responsible for any cost associated with the relocation.

Furthermore, GCPW shall not be required or obligated to install any service lines along or within any private easement or other property interest, held by the Customer or any other person, established for access to the Customer’s property.

Customer shall pay for electric services on a monthly basis at such rates determined by GCPW.

Furthermore, if a rental security light is installed at the residential premises at the time of move-in, the customer shall be responsible for the applicable monthly rental charge. If the customer wishes to discontinue the service, the customer must contact Greer CPW to request removal of the security light.

Customer agrees to inform purchasers of the above described property of the existence of this agreement.

In any litigation between Customer and GCPW which relates to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and cost from the losing party.

GREER COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS (GCPW)

NATURAL GAS SERVICE AGREEMENT (SAG 1-2012)

This agreement between the Greer Commission of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as GCPW, and applicant hereinafter referred to as the customer, as follows, to -wit:

Customer desires to purchase natural gas from GCPW for property they own as listed on the Application for Service; therefore, has entered into a natural gas service agreement as required by GCPW and paid applicable tap and/or connection fees.

GCPW acknowledges receipt of the tap and/or connection fees for natural gas service at the above described property. If customer does not request the service to be installed within one year of paying tap and connection fees, GCPW will refund such fees, interest free.

Customer acknowledges that the natural gas fee paid is for one connection, is applicable only for the above described property and is not to be transferable to any other location without special approval by the GCPW General Manager. Such special approval by the GCPW General Manager shall only be granted in circumstances which he/she deems extraordinary.

For natural gas usage, GCPW shall install and maintain a service line to the dwelling or commercial building. In the event the service lines need to be relocated, the customer will be responsible for any cost associated with the relocation.

Furthermore, GCPW shall not be required or obligated to install any service lines along or within any private easement or other property interest, held by the Customer or any other person, established for access to the Customer’s property.

Customer shall pay for natural gas service on a monthly basis at such rates determined by GCPW. Customer shall pay a base facility charge until the customer requests that the service be removed or abandoned. Customer agrees to inform purchasers of the above described property of the existence of this agreement.

In any litigation between Customer and GCPW which relates to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and cost from the losing party.

WATER & SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT (SAWS 1-2012)

This agreement between the Greer Commission of Public Works, hereinafter referred to as GCPW, and the applicant hereinafter referred to as the customer, as follows, to -wit:

Customer desires to purchase water and sewer from GCPW for property they own as listed on the Application for Service; therefore, has entered into a water/sewer agreement as required by GCPW and paid applicable tap and capacity fees.

GCPW acknowledges receipt of the required tap and capacity fees for water and sewer service, along with all applicable connection fees, for the above-described property. If customer does not request the meter to be installed within one year of paying tap and capacity fees, GCPW will refund such fees, interest free and release such capacity.

Customer acknowledges that the water and sewer tap fees paid is for one connection, is applicable only for the above described property and is not to be transferable to any other location without special approval by the GCPW General Manager. Such special approval by the GCPW General Manager shall only be granted in circumstances which he/she deems extraordinary.

For water usage, the customer shall install and maintain at his/her own expense a service line that shall begin at the GCPW’s meter and extend to the dwelling or commercial building. For sewer usage, the customer shall install and maintain at his/her own expense a service line that shall begin at GCPW’s collection line and extend to the dwelling or commercial building. The service line shall connect with the collection line of GCPW at the nearest practical location, provided GCPW has determined in advance that GCPW’s sewer system has sufficient capacity to permit service at that point. GCPW in its sole discretion shall determine how practical the connection location is and will inspect sewer line to ensure it meets GCPW’s specifications.

Furthermore, GCPW shall not be required or obligated to install any service lines along or within any private easement or other property interest, held by the Customer or any other person, established for access to the Customer’s property.

Customer agrees to properly abandon his/her own septic tank at his/her expense if connection is made to GCPW’s collection system for sewer usage.

Customer shall pay for water and sewer services on a monthly basis at such rates determined by GCPW.

Customer agrees to inform purchasers of the above described property of the existence of this agreement.

In any litigation between Customer and GCPW which relates to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and cost from the losing party.

Furthermore, if a rental security light is installed at the residential premises at the time of move-in, the customer shall be responsible for the applicable monthly rental charge. If the customer wishes to discontinue the service, the customer must contact Greer CPW to request removal of the security light.

Customer agrees to inform purchasers of the above described property of the existence of this agreement.

In any litigation between Customer and GCPW which relates to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and cost from the losing party.

ACUERDO DE SERVICIO ELECTRICO (SAE 1-2012) 

Este acuerdo entre la Comisión de Obras Públicas de Greer, en adelante denominada GCPW, y el solicitante, en adelante denominado el Cliente, establece lo siguiente:

El Cliente desea comprar electricidad, tanto temporal como permanente, de GCPW para la propiedad de su titularidad que figura en la Solicitud de Servicio; por lo tanto, ha celebrado un acuerdo de servicio eléctrico según lo requerido por GCPW y ha pagado las tarifas de conexión aplicables. GCPW reconoce haber recibido las tarifas de conexión para el servicio eléctrico en la propiedad descrita anteriormente.

El Cliente reconoce que la tarifa de conexión eléctrica pagada corresponde a una sola conexión, es aplicable únicamente a la propiedad descrita anteriormente y no es transferible a ninguna otra ubicación sin la aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW. Dicha aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW solo se otorgará en circunstancias que él o ella considere extraordinarias.

Para el uso de electricidad, el Cliente deberá instalar y mantener, a su propio costo, una base para medidor que aloje el medidor de GCPW para la vivienda o el edificio comercial. En el caso de que sea necesario reubicar las líneas de servicio, el Cliente será responsable de cualquier costo asociado con dicha reubicación.

Asimismo, GCPW no estará obligada ni requerida a instalar líneas de servicio a lo largo de o dentro de ninguna servidumbre privada u otro derecho de propiedad, ya sea del Cliente o de cualquier otra persona, establecido para el acceso a la propiedad del Cliente.
El Cliente deberá pagar los servicios eléctricos de manera mensual, conforme a las tarifas determinadas por GCPW.

Además, si se instala una luz de seguridad en alquiler en las instalaciones residenciales al momento de la mudanza, el Cliente será responsable del cargo mensual de alquiler correspondiente. Si el Cliente desea discontinuar este servicio, deberá comunicarse con Greer CPW para solicitar la retirada de la luz de seguridad.

El Cliente acepta informar a los compradores de la propiedad descrita anteriormente sobre la existencia de este acuerdo.

GREER COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS (GCPW)

ACUERDO DE SERVICIO DE GAS NATURAL (SAG 1-2012)

Este acuerdo entre la Comisión de Obras Públicas de Greer, en adelante denominada GCPW, y el solicitante, en adelante denominado el Cliente, establece lo siguiente:

El Cliente desea comprar gas natural de GCPW para la propiedad de su titularidad que figura en la Solicitud de Servicio; por lo tanto, ha celebrado un acuerdo de servicio de gas natural según lo requerido por GCPW y ha pagado las tarifas de acometida y/o conexión correspondientes.

GCPW reconoce haber recibido las tarifas de acometida y/o conexión para el servicio de gas natural en la propiedad descrita anteriormente. Si el Cliente no solicita que el servicio sea instalado dentro de un (1) año a partir del pago de las tarifas de acometida y conexión, GCPW reembolsará dichas tarifas sin intereses.

El Cliente reconoce que la tarifa de gas natural pagada corresponde a una sola conexión, es aplicable únicamente a la propiedad descrita anteriormente y no es transferible a ninguna otra ubicación sin la aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW. Dicha aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW solo se otorgará en circunstancias que él o ella considere extraordinarias.

Para el uso de gas natural, GCPW instalará y mantendrá una línea de servicio hasta la vivienda o el edificio comercial. En el caso de que sea necesario reubicar las líneas de servicio, el Cliente será responsable de cualquier costo asociado con dicha reubicación.
Asimismo, GCPW no estará obligada ni requerida a instalar líneas de servicio a lo largo de o dentro de ninguna servidumbre privada u otro derecho de propiedad, ya sea del Cliente o de cualquier otra persona, establecido para el acceso a la propiedad del Cliente.

El Cliente deberá pagar el servicio de gas natural de manera mensual conforme a las tarifas determinadas por GCPW. El Cliente deberá pagar un cargo base por instalaciones hasta que solicite que el servicio sea retirado o abandonado. El Cliente acepta informar a los compradores de la propiedad descrita anteriormente sobre la existencia de este acuerdo.

En cualquier litigio entre el Cliente y GCPW relacionado con los términos y disposiciones de este Acuerdo, la parte que prevalezca tendrá derecho a recibir honorarios razonables de abogados y costos por parte de la parte perdedora.

GREER COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS (GCPW)

ACUERDO DE AGUA Y ALCANTARILLADO (SAWS 1-2012)

Este acuerdo entre la Comisión de Obras Públicas de Greer, en adelante denominada GCPW, y el solicitante, en adelante denominado el Cliente, establece lo siguiente:

El Cliente desea comprar servicios de agua y alcantarillado de GCPW para la propiedad de su titularidad que figura en la Solicitud de Servicio; por lo tanto, ha celebrado un acuerdo de agua/alcantarillado según lo requerido por GCPW y ha pagado las tarifas de acometida y de capacidad aplicables.

GCPW reconoce haber recibido las tarifas requeridas de acometida y capacidad para los servicios de agua y alcantarillado, junto con todas las tarifas de conexión aplicables, para la propiedad descrita anteriormente. Si el Cliente no solicita que el medidor sea instalado dentro de un (1) año a partir del pago de las tarifas de acometida y capacidad, GCPW reembolsará dichas tarifas sin intereses y liberará dicha capacidad.

El Cliente reconoce que las tarifas de acometida de agua y alcantarillado pagadas corresponden a una sola conexión, son aplicables únicamente a la propiedad descrita anteriormente y no son transferibles a ninguna otra ubicación sin la aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW. Dicha aprobación especial del Gerente General de GCPW solo se otorgará en circunstancias que él o ella considere extraordinarias.

Para el uso de agua, el Cliente deberá instalar y mantener, a su propio costo, una línea de servicio que comenzará en el medidor de GCPW y se extenderá hasta la vivienda o el edificio comercial. Para el uso de alcantarillado, el Cliente deberá instalar y mantener, a su propio costo, una línea de servicio que comenzará en la línea colectora de GCPW y se extenderá hasta la vivienda o el edificio comercial. La línea de servicio deberá conectarse con la línea colectora de GCPW en la ubicación práctica más cercana, siempre que GCPW haya determinado previamente que su sistema de alcantarillado tiene la capacidad suficiente para permitir el servicio en dicho punto. GCPW, a su entera discreción, determinará cuán práctica es la ubicación de la conexión e inspeccionará la línea de alcantarillado para garantizar que cumpla con las especificaciones de GCPW.

Asimismo, GCPW no estará obligada ni requerida a instalar líneas de servicio a lo largo de o dentro de ninguna servidumbre privada u otro derecho de propiedad, ya sea del Cliente o de cualquier otra persona, establecido para el acceso a la propiedad del Cliente.
