a.      A deposit is required for all bookings made and must be paid in advance of the appointment.

b.      Nutwell Saddlery will use the information you have provided to process your request contacted by us in regard to making a new booking or in relation to an appointment which is already in place

c.      The information submitted in this form is necessary for us to be able to provdie the service you have requested from us

d.     This information will be stored within your account with us. Should you decide not to proceed with an appoinment with us following submission of our fitting form, your information will be securely stored after 1 month (or sooner if requested by you in writing)

e.      If the person making the booking is under 18 years of age, they should be accompanied at the appointment by a parent or legal guardian

f.       Horses/ponies must be in good health and dry and clean prior to appointments. If the horse/pony is lame or has a contagious disease (or if there is/are animal(s) with a contagious diesease on the yard, we must be informed in advance of the apppointment and reserve the right to cancel the appointment).
