Seraphim Dance Ministry

This registration is for NEW DANCERS ONLY. 

Registration is now open for children ages 3-18 years of age who would like to join the Seraphim Dance Ministry. Our Winter/Spring season will begin the week of January 12th. At Otterbein Church, our Dance Ministry is dedicated to glorifying God through the art of dance. We believe in the transformative power of movement, using it as a powerful tool to express worship, inspire faith, and foster a deeper connection with the divine. Our mission is to create a sacred space where individuals can use their God-given talents to communicate the Gospel message, conveying the beauty, love, and grace of Christ through choreography and movement. Through prayer, dedication, and a spirit of unity, we aim to inspire, uplift, and minister to our congregation, fostering spiritual growth and deepening our collective relationship with God. We are committed to nurturing a community of dancers who not only excel in their craft but also exemplify Christ-like character, spreading His light and love to all who witness our performances. Together, we seek to cultivate an atmosphere of worship, reverence, and celebration, ultimately leading souls closer to the heart of God.

ATTENDANCE POLICY AFFIRMATION:

Attendance Policy: Your dancer is permitted to miss (2) classes each season of dance. After (2) absences, the teacher will determine whether or not your dancer will be prepared enough to join us on stage. The teacher will contact you to discuss this.

Please know our hearts with this matter. We are not just a dance studio, and your child’s performance is more than just showcasing their talent and hard work. They are going on stage to honor and praise their CREATOR! This is a big deal, and we will never send a child on stage who isn’t well-prepared. If your child is focused on remembering the choreography, they won’t be able to fully praise Jesus. Our goal is to have your child fully engaged in worship through their dancing. This is not merely a recital for them; it’s a ministry opportunity to lead worship with their dance.

All rehearsals are MANDATORY.
