              • **Hold Harmless Agreement**

                **This Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of Date of form submission, by and between Name/Organization completing form ("Participant") and the Krewe of Musique Parade, Louisiana Res Beans and Rice Heritage and Musiq Festival, and any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Organizers").**

                **1. Acknowledgment of Risks:**
                The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Krewe of Musique Parade and related events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. The Participant fully understands and accepts these risks.

                **2. Hold Harmless Clause:**
                The Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the Organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in the Krewe of Music Parade and the Louisiana Res Beans and Rice Heritage and Music Festival, including any activities associated with these events.

                **3. Waiver of Rights:**
                The Participant waives any right to sue or make any claim against the Organizers for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in the Krewe of Music Parade and related events, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise.

                **4. Governing Law:**
                This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

                **5. Severability:**
                If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

                **6. Entire Agreement:**
                This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

                **IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Participant has executed this Hold Harmless Agreement as of the date first above written.**
