Member Conservation Tree Order Form

The MDHA Conservation Tree Program is provided to help you, our chapters, and members, get trees at a discounted rate for planting on your properties to benefit wildlife and to enhance habitat.

The cost of trees will be $35 per tree for 2026. Limit is 4 per member.

Pickup locations for this year’s Conservation Tree Program will be:

- Grand Rapids – MDHA State Office
- Wadena
- Coon Rapids

All orders must be placed by March 31, 2026. Distribution dates will be mid-May. Exact dates will be announced closer to distribution and arranged with those who have placed orders. We have acquired a good quantity of trees for this year’s program but please remember that this program is based on a first come first serve basis.
