This is to reschedule ON-SITE APPOINTMENTS ONLY. To reschedule a virtual appointment, please contact Proctor360.
Important Information:
- There is a $30 fee to reschedule your on-site exam through the NLN.
- Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
- All sales are final. The NLN has a no-refund policy once a purchase is made.
How to Reschedule Your Exam:
1. Visit nln.assess.com to log into your testing account, search your school's availability in the Store, and add the new exam date you'd like in the correct blank of this form.
2. Complete and submit remaining fields on this form.
3. A customer experience representative will update your exam date, remove you from your current roster, and send you a confirmation email once the change is processed.
