Event is rain or shine.
Expo hours on Sunday, March 23, 2025 are from 12:00pm- 7:00pm. All Vendors/Exhibitors are expected to be present in the exhibit space during these hours.
Vendors must provide their own equipment:
*Example: tables, covers, chairs, promotional items, lighting, etc.)
*Personal canopies are allowed for vendors 10ft or larger, but please let us know if you are planning to bring a canopy so we can better accomodate the layouts.
*All tables must have table covers. ***optional table and black cover rentals are available for rent.
Official Cap Summit reserves the right to assign all approved Vendors/Exhibitor spaces after the receipt of completed applications AND payment is paid in full.
IMPORTANT INFO: Team wristbands and credentials will be fulfilled BEFORE EVENT DATE. 3 wristbands for table vendors. 4 wristbands for 10ft-20ft vendors. 3 wristbands for food vendors. No one will be allowed on premises without a wristband the morning of Sunday, March 23, 2025. Please look out for updates in email regarding vendor wristbands and pick up/mail out date.
By this submission, The Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to follow all guidelines and to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Official Cap Summit, and venue, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers, against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Vendor/Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.
