This year, we’re turning up the festive cheer by adding a full-blown Holiday Market, where guests can shop from amazing small businesses offering unique, handcrafted, and seasonal items perfect for gift-giving.🎉 Vendor Info – Sugar Rush 2025 🎉 We’re thrilled to welcome an amazing variety of vendors to this year’s sweetest event!🍭 Non-Food Vendors: Spots are highly competitive! We carefully screen applications to ensure product diversity and avoid duplication. This helps give all vendors maximum exposure and sales potential—so bring your best and most unique offerings!🍬 Food Vendors (Sampler Participants): All food vendors participating in our VIP Sampler Package must provide 300 bite-sized samples for our VIP ticket holders. Samples do not need to be individually packaged — they can be handed out at your booth as VIPs approach.✅ Example: If you sell salsa, offer a chip with salsa on it — simple, fresh, and perfectly portioned!✨ While you're only required to sample to VIPs, you’re welcome to offer samples to general attendees if you’d like to drive additional sales and exposure.🎟️ How VIP Sampling Works: Each VIP guest will present a custom coupon with your business name, product description, and booth number. They’ll hand part of this ticket to you in exchange for their sample. The other portion goes home with them as a reminder of your business — driving future orders and long-term brand recognition!✨ Last year’s event drew over 3,000 attendees and our VIP tickets sold out fast—this year will be even bigger and sweeter!🎟️ What’s in store for 2025? Sweet Surprises & SO much more! Join us Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the York Fairgrounds across two buildings — Old Main & Horticulture Hall. This is more than an event — it’s a sugar-coated holiday experience you won't want to miss!!** Food trucks- $100 deposit required to book your space- $50 returned the day of the end of the event.
