Completing this form is the first step to joining the team of volunteers who help "behind the scenes" to keep the Assembly Park Summer Camps running smoothly.
All volunteers must have a positive pastoral reference. For those over 18, Please copy and forward the pastoral reference link to your pastor: Pastoral Reference Link
**Only Credentialed Ministers do not need a Pastoral Reference. All other adults serving need this reference done.
For those 14-18 years old, we need a positive pastoral reference Under 18 Pastoral Reference Link and a Mature Adult Reference Mature Adult Reference Link. Please Copy these Links and forward them to those who can give you positive references.
Once you have started those steps, we will contact you to help you complete the following steps:
- Registration through the camp registration system. This is required of everyone who wants to serve at Assembly Park Camp
- Abuse Prevention Training is also requried of anyone over 18 who plans on serving at Assembly Park Camp. That can be found here: Abuse Prevention Training
- We may require a W-9 form so that a small gift acknowledging your help may be sent. When this is decided, we will reach out to you for further information.
