If your event is during regularly scheduled church hours in the main building (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM), the doors will be unlocked as they usually are.
If your event is in the main building after hours, only the glass doors (by the playground) will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to your meeting’s start time and will lock 15 minutes after your meeting’s start time. No other doors will be unlocked.
If your event is in the MCMC building, the doors will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to your meeting’s start time and will lock 15 minutes after your meeting’s start time. No other doors will be unlocked.
Please relay these changes to the members of your group.
If you need to cancel your event after submitting this form (especially if you have child care arranged through the church) please email cancellations@fumcgt.org as soon as possible.
