10AM registration, presentations at 11. Trails open at noon and close at 2PM

Ride, drive, bike, or hike through the beautiful trails of Goethe Forest as you enjoy the culinary delights of local restaurants and caterers and learn more about the wildlife and unique characteristics of the Goethe. There will be separate marked trails for equestrians and bikers with fun food stations along the trail. Dogs are welcome to accompany hikers but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs from Williston Animal Group will be available for short walks as well. Please bring your own water bottle. We will have a contest for the cutest and the ugliest water bottle! Water refills are available at multiple stops.

*Per State Law, all equestrians age 16 and under must wear an ASTM-certified helmet when riding on public property.

Please read this release carefully and sign at the bottom.

I wish to enter and participate in the Taste of Goethe Trail Event. I will read all the rules and procedures for the event and agree to comply with them. I understand that trail events include negotiating variable terrain.

Nevertheless, in consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and discharge all persons assisting or connected with the event, and their representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all rights, claims, or liability for damage, for any and all injury to me or my property or those arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. I further agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and their agents against all claims, demands and causes of action, including court costs and attorney’s fees, directly or indirectly arising from any action or other proceeding brought by me or prosecuted for my benefit contrary to this agreement. This release extends to all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, and I expressly waive any benefits that I may otherwise have under provisions of the law of Florida relating to the release of unknown claims. I understand that this release constitutes a limitation on my legal rights.
