Proxy Form for 2025 Annual Business Meeting
The 2025 Country View Village Annual Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at Thornton Elementary as well as on Zoom video conference. As always, a quorum of twenty percent (20%) of the total eligible votes of the membership of the Association, either present in person, Zoom video, or represented by proxy, is required to conduct business at a meeting of the Association. All Association owners (members) are strongly encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, we request that you designate a representative or the Board of Directors as your proxy to vote for you.
