1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that participation in the Big Baller Brand Home School All-Star Game (hereafter referred to as "Event") involves physical activities, including but not limited to basketball and related athletic exercises, which may carry certain risks of injury. I fully understand that these risks include but are not limited to:
Sprains, fractures, or other bodily injuries
Overexertion or dehydration
Possible permanent disability or death
I willingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to my participation in this Event.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby:
Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, Big Baller Brand, its affiliates, sponsors, event staff, venue owners, and any other parties associated with the Event (collectively, the "Released Parties").
Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from my participation, including claims resulting from negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the event organizers and medical personnel to administer any necessary medical treatment. I agree to bear all medical expenses related to my participation.
4. Representation of Physical Fitness
I certify that I (or my minor child) am in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in the Event.
5. Consent for Photography/Media Release
I give permission for photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event to be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Big Baller Brand and its affiliates, without compensation or further consent.
6. Miscellaneous
I understand that this Release of Liability shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law and that any portion held invalid shall not affect the remaining provisions.
