2025 Saint Peter Baseball Association (SPBA) - Registration Form

(Ages 11-15)

This registration is for any player that will be or is 11 - 15 years old only.

Need to be enrolled at Saint Peter Middle or High School to register.

Must register by midnight Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Important Notes
1. The 2025 fee per player will be required at the end of this registration by credit or debit card of $300 (11-15 year olds); (fee includes jersey, flex hat, and pre-payment of $100 towards our annual fundraiser of (4) $25 each Hy-Vee coupon cards.) If you need assistance for the registration fee there is a SPBA scholarship available. Please email saintpeterbaseball@gmail.com for further information.
2. Cards can be picked up on Wednesday, February 5 at the St. Peter Community Center - St. Peter Room from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM OR Saturday, February 8 from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Community Center - St. Peter Room. You will also receive a reminder e-mail.
3. You will receive an email in the Spring for when evaluations will take place.
4. Saint Peter Baseball Association Board reserve the right to form the teams.
