Crew Member

Crew Members are the backbone of our weekly lawn maintenance operations. They are responsible for tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general cleanup of client properties. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. Crew Members also assist with loading and unloading equipment and performing basic maintenance like cleaning and refueling tools. Weekend work during the busy season is very frequent, and Crew Members will need to learn or have prior knowledge of bed maintenance, mulching, and other landscaping tasks. This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being outdoors.

Seasonal Helper

Seasonal Helpers play a crucial role during our busiest times, such as spring and fall, by providing additional support to the core team. Responsibilities include assisting with mowing, leaf cleanup, mulching, bed preparation, and other seasonal landscaping tasks. This position is perfect for individuals seeking temporary or part-time work with flexible hours. While no prior experience is required, a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.
