Please review the following guidelines:

Scheduling
- To ensure adequate staffing, visits should be scheduled one month in advance.
- Our staff is typically available to conduct outreach on Monday mornings. If you prefer we visit on a different date, we will work with you to schedule a visit based on our staffing availability.
- At this time, we can visit schools and organizations within Huntington Beach. Classes or groups will be visited a maximum of twice per year.
Cancellations
- In the event you need to cancel, please do so at least one week in advance. If a visit is cancelled less than one week before the scheduled date, the visit will count toward the class's or organization's two visits per year.
Event Space
- In order to present a successful storytime, we ask that our storyteller be provided with an indoor space free from distraction (a classroom is ideal.) Storytellers will need a chair and a small table at the front of the room.
