Requirements

• Professional and reliable models ONLY. By applying to participate, you are agreeing to be available for the entirety of the REVIVE event. Failure to appear upon casting will result in an immediate ban from all future REVIVE castings.
• REVIVE is an all inclusive platform. Castings are open to models of all genders, heights, body types, & ethnicities.

How do REVIVE castings work?

• Models will submit their contact information, measurements and comp card to the REVIVE Model Casting Department
• Upon submission approval, models will be added to our official model directory for their selected location(s)
• REVIVE designers will contact and cast models. Please note you are not casted until a REVIVE designer reaches out to you directly. An email from a REVIVE Model Casting Director confirming your submission does NOT indicate that you have been casted to walk in a REVIVE event.

Submission Directions:

1. File Format: Ensure that your comp card is saved in either PNG or JPG format. Other file formats will not be accepted.
2. File Name Format: Prior to submission, reformat your comp card file name as follows: [Your Full Name]_CompCard. For example, if your name is Jane Doe, your file should be named "JaneDoe_CompCard.png" or "JaneDoe_CompCard.jpg".
3. Content Restrictions: Only submit your comp card for consideration. Please refrain from submitting any additional materials such as videos, selfies, blurry photographs, or any other unrelated content.
4. Submission Process: Upload your reformatted comp card file using the provided submission portal or platform for the specific event you are applying to. If you are interested in being casted for multiple cities, you must upload your comp card multiple times to each designated event folder.

How to Upload:

1. Press the "SUBMIT HERE" link below.
2. Open the folder of the location(s) you would like to submit to.
3. Upload your comp card in the correct format by pressing the "+" button in the bottom right corner.
4. Do not upload your comp card unless it is within a specific location folder. Incorrect uploads will be removed without notice.

Rules of Submission

1. Incorrect submissions will be ignored.
2. Duplicate submissions will be ignored. 
3. Models MUST submit this form AND upload their comp card on the previous page. Missing registration material will result in immediate void of application.

Rules of Participation

1. Models must be respectful of all Revive Fashion Week staff, designers, and participants. 
2. The Revive Fashion Week Company and Revive Designers are not responsible for travel and hotel accomodations. Only submit to castings if you are willing and able to participate.
3. Requesting compensation from a Revive Designer is strictly prohibited. 
4. All casted models must show up to their call times ON TIME and ALONE. Any additional persons will need to purchase a pre-approved backstage pass at least 7 days prior to your event date. 
5. Failure to arrive on time will result in immediate removal from any and all Revive Fashion Week events. 
6. Casted models may only be in the venue during their casted showcase time. Tickets must be purchased to attend any shows you are not casted to walk in. 
7. Hair and makeup will be provided, however, any outside arrangements must be organized with your casted designer.
8. Revive Designers will be responsible for relaying all information to their casted models. Please keep clear and open communication with your designers at all time. 

Failure to abide by or intent to break any and all Revive Fashion Week rules stated on this application, provided preparation material or relayed information via Revive Designers will result in immediate removal before, during, or after Revive Fashion Week event and banned from all future Revive castings and events.
