  • DEPOSIT TERMS

    1. Deposits are due within ten (10) calendar days at the time of the final confirmation of the scheduling of the event. 

    2. REFUND - If no damage to Equipment, Facilities, Grounds, and/or Parking Areas, and the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner after the event.

    3. Deposit is NOT refundable if application is canceled 90 days (or less) prior to the date of the event. If the application is processed less than 90 days prior to the event, the TOTAL RENTAL FEE AND DEPOSIT is payable upon the filing of the application. If the event is canceled, payment is NOT refundable.


    All Rental Fees, Certificate of Liability Insurance, including Security Contract (if applicable) and required documents are due 60 days prior to the date of the event. If applying less than 60 days prior to the event, submit required fees/documents no later than 30 days before the event. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation to use ʻOMKK property. Rush Fee is $50 requests made less than 30 days before event. 

     

    RULES OF OPERATION
    1. Insurance coverage (Certificate of Liability Insurance) is required by all users.
    2. No smoking allowed within the current State laws and County ordinances.
    3. Alcohol consumption in compliance with all current State and County laws and procedures:
           a. BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) constitutes allowing consumption of alcohol.
           b. A certified, licensed security firm must be provided by the user.
                  i. Violation may result in forfeiture of the Deposit and termination of the event.
                  ii. Copy of Security Contract between user and security firm is required:
                         1. Events only require 2 uniformed security guards.
                         2. Events with 300+ participants require 4 uniformed security guards.
    4. For every ½ hour you are present beyond your contract agreement $50.00 will be deducted from your deposit
    5. PARKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED UNDER TENTS AND ON FAA DRIVEWAY.
    6. ADDITIONAL conditions and requirements may be imposed.
    7. No popping fireworks on site
    8. Close at 10pm and off premises by 11pm
    9. Day after clean up (advise) last clean up at 8am-10am before final exception

  • ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE, LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF SITE
    I, the undersigned User (individual) and /or on behalf of the organization I represent, will be responsible for the proper use and care of the premises, property, facility, equipment and grounds, and for the payment of fees.


    The undersigned User (individual) and/or on behalf of the organization I represent, for and in consideration of ʻOMKK licensing and allowing the use of the designated rooms, facilities, equipment and/or grounds jointly and severally agree(s) to indemnity and save harmless the ʻOMKK against any and all loss, liability, demands, claims, suits, actions or proceedings which may be suffered or incurred by or brought against the ʻOMKK for or against any and all loss, liability, demans, claims, suits, actions or proceeding which may be suffered or incurred by or brought against the ʻOMKK for or account of any injuries or damages to any person or property received by any person, directly or indirectly, by in consequence of any act or acts, or the omission thereof, or the undersigned, user (individual) and/or organization.


    The undersigned User (individual) and/or behalf the organization I represent, further confirms that I, individually and/or on behalf of the organization which I represent, have been specifically informed by the ʻOMKK and have knowledge that the facility is prone to roof leaks during the periods of heavy rain and inclement weather. Such roof leaks may have an impact on the event by necessitating the rearrangement of tables and seats, among other things. In this regard, the undersigned agrees to accept the facility in an “as is” condition and shall not seek a reduction in the facility use fees or file any claims or actions against ʻOMKK, or its employees or agents, on the basis that the condition of the facility, caused by the roof leaks, adversely affected the quality or specialness of the event.
