*All tables and chairs must be wiped down and returned in the same condition they were received, and will be inspected for any damages (excessive or otherwise) sustained during the rental period.

All rented tables and chairs need to be returned to the market trailer by 3:00 pm.

Market Rules and Regulations

Please read carefully.
- All vendors will be set up by 7:30 am and off the premises by 3:30 pm. (Exit through our back gate). Front gate closes at 2pm. If you are not out by 3:30 pm you will be charged $10.
- New vendors must enter our lottery system to get a booth which starts at 6:00 am.
  - To enter: Place ID in slot by our office. When your name is randomly called you may come forward, choose any of the available booths and pay. (We make sure that everyone that enters gets a booth)
- All vending will take place within the space provided.
- Payment of booth is due upon assignment of booth space.
  - No switching, reassigning or expanding of booth spaces between vendors. All changes will be done by OMKK management only.
- All rented tables and chairs need to be returned to the market trailer by 3:00 pm.
- No loading/unloading under tents, within walkways after 7:30 am and before 2:00 pm.
- All vendors must park in designated parking areas behind our bamboo.
- Vendors will refrain from using vulgar, offensive, or threatening language.
- Vendors will refrain from using drugs or drinking alcohol on premises. (Anyone caught will be removed)
- No smoking within 10ft of the vendor booth.
- Vendors are responsible for removing your own trash, boxes, etc...
  - Food vendors must remove cooking oil and food waste.
- Food vendors will need to display their Board of Health Permit.
- Only authorized vendors are allowed to collect SNAP/EBT cards in exchange for goods. Anyone seen breaking this rule will not be allowed to participate in future market opportunities.
- Vendors are responsible for their own childrenʻs safety.
  - No running or horseplaying near or around vendor areas.
- Vendors are responsible to take proper precautions in protecting their products in the event weather conditions change.
- The sales of automobiles, drug paraphernalia, weapons, or adult entertainment products are prohibited.
- All vendors with generators are required to operate with a silent to a low noise
  generator. Please respect the sound barriers of this request
- No animals are allowed on premises except service animals.
OMKK has the right to refuse service and or revoke their privileges as a vendor shall any of the rules and regulations above be disobeyed.
Disclaimer Liability

I acknowledge sole responsibility for any mishaps directly or indirectly arising from use of OMKK/MFM/MFA facilities and grounds during my sale event. I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to comply with the terms and regulations of OMKK/MFM/MFA. I understand that failure to comply could result in not being allowed to participate in future market opportunities.
