Cancellation Policy:

If an attendee cancels up to 15 days prior to the convention, PSNZ will refund the registration (less admin fee of $20).

No refund will be given if an attendee cancels within 14 days of the convention.

However PSNZ may give a partial refund (excludes catering costs) if there are exceptional circumstances involved in a person not being able to attend.
