WEEKLY CLASSES - TUESDAY JULY 8, 15, 22, 29 - Try a new style each week!

Mini "Mix it Up" age 4-6 (6:00-6:45): $80+HST=$90.40

DANCE CAMP (ages 5-12): A variety of dance styles, games, crafts & more! Perform at the end of the week for family and friends!

July 14-18 (9:30-3:00 FULL DAY):$250+HST=$282.50

"TINY STARS" INTRO TO DANCE mini session (Age 2.5-4):

Option 1. Tues. July 8, 15, 22, 29 (5:30-6:00) $55+HST=$62.15

Option 2. Tues. Aug. 12, 14, 19, 21 (4:30-5:00) $55+HST=$62.15

WORKSHOPS (See Instagram for offerings as they are added):

1.5 hour workshop: $40+HST=$45.20

2 hour workshop: $50+HST=$56.50

3 hour workshop: $75+HST=$84.75

PRIVATE LESSONS:

$60+HST=67.80 per hour/$45+HST=$50.85 per 45 min. (E-mail to book)

COMPETITIVE INTENSIVE CLASSES: Register for August Intensive Summer Classes with Fall registration (no additional form needed). For students not currently registered at K&K, contact us for placement.

**Please note any summer Program/workshop/camp fees/private lesson fees are non-refundable, unless we are not able to run in-person or there is insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund/credit will be issued.

Required Policies and Agreements

Please read carefully. All policies and agreements will be in effect upon registration.
I understand and have read "K&K Health & Safety Protocols" posted on the K&K Dance Dreamz Website and agree to adhere. *may be updated as guidelines change

I understand that safety measures and public health guidelines have been implemented at K&K Dance Dreamz Inc. to ensure the safety of students, staff & families.

Any protocols, including Drop-off and Pick-up procedures, capacity limitations, any screening requirements, mask requirements etc. are listed in our "K&K Health & Saftety Protocols" on our website www.kandkdance.ca. (See "Health & Safety") These protocols may be adjusted as needed. Please read our Protocols thoroughly before attending the facility.

Anyone registering/entering the facility agrees to self-screen using the Ontario School screening guidance (link on our website on the Health & Safety page under "Daily Health Screening Questionnaire"), and must not enter without passing the screening. Registrants and family members entering also agree to follow the current screening guidance with regards to mask wearing following illness, exposure to close contacts, return from travel etc.

Parents should screen students each day prior to attending any workshops/classes/camps. (see link on "K&K Health & Safety" page.) Students should not attend with any symptoms of illness and should follow all provincial guidance.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

Each student and his/her legal guardian(s) hereby release to K&K DANCE DREAMZ INC. the rights to all photography and video that may be taken by or for K&K DANCE DREAMZ INC. during classes at the studio or online or at performances/competitions for use in K&K DANCE DREAMZ INC. advertising and promotion, including television coverage, website, social media platforms, print advertising or for archiving. K&K DANCE DREAMZ INC. may choose not to use any videos or photos at this time, but may do so at it's own discretion at a later date.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

Completed waivers must be returned prior to entry and use of K&K Dance Dreamz Inc’s facilities.

By signing below, the Dancer (named below) and/or the Dancer’s Guardian understands and acknowledges, the risks, dangers, and hazards which are inherent while participating in dance; whether joining online classes or in-person or by travelling to and from and participating in competitions and/or performances (the “Activity”) and on entering all lands, properties, facilities, structures, installations, vehicles or equipment owned, leased, operated or otherwise controlled by K&K Dance Dreamz Inc. (the “Premises”), which risks include, but are not limited to: the potential for bodily injury or illness (including contraction of COVID-19); contact or interaction with others who may have been exposed to COVID-19; close proximity to or contact with surfaces, equipment, fixtures, or other objects that, despite K&K Dance Dreamz’s efforts, may be infected with COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses; permanent disability, paralysis, or loss of life; collision with natural or manmade objects; tripping hazards; imperfect venue; equipment failure; dancers of varying skill levels; the negligent use of the Premises by others; inadequate safety measures or unsafe Premises; other circumstances known, unknown or beyond the control of Kyla Dixon, Kimberly Majid, K&K Dance Dreamz Inc., its owners, partners, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, dance and program instructors, officers or volunteers (together, the “Releasees”); or negligence or omission of the Releasees (collectively, the “Risks”).

I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I sign this waiver and release of liability voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or warranty being made to me.

In consideration for allowing the Dancer to participate in the Activity or use the Premises, the Dancer and/or the Dancer’s Guardian: (a) release, discharge and forever hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for damages or loss arising as a result of the Risks arising from participation in the Activity or entry into or use of the Premises; (b) waive any right to sue the Releasees in respect of all causes of action (including for injuries or illness caused by their own negligence), claims, damages or losses of any kind that may arise as a result of the Risks or in connection with participation in the Activity or entry into or use of the Premises, including without limitation the right to make a third party claim or claim over against the Releasees arising from the same; and (c) freely assumes all risks associated with the Risks or anything incidental to the Risks, which may arise as a result of or in connection with use of the Premises. YOU ARE GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS TO ANY AND ALL FUTURE CLAIMS AGAINST K&K DANCE DREAMZ INC. AND THE RELEASEES.
