The staff member agrees to serve Camp Abilities Tucson to the best of their ability in the capacity as a coach.
Dates of employment are May 31- June 7, 2025.
Performance coaches, head coaches, and interpreters/ interveners will be paid a stipend for working at camp, to be paid at the end of the week. Stipend is be based on role.
The staff member agrees to NOT use any form of alcohol or illegal drugs that will affect their job performance. Over the counter and physician prescribed drugs must be kept in the staff member's room. All over the counter and prescription drugs must be in the original container.
The above-named staff member must complete their background check, send via an external web link, by May 1, 2025.
The camp staff member agrees to arrive at Camp Abilities at the assigned date and time and depart from camp only after clean-up is complete on the last day of camp. If staff member has need to leave during the week of camp, this must be negociated in advance with the Camp Directors.
Camp Abilities Tucson relies on all coaches who have registered for camp actually working the week of camp. If you fail to show up for camp, your reference will be contacted.
Camp Abilities is a seasonal employer and our normal seasonal work period is May 1 to July 1 of each year. You are employed as a “seasonal worker.” Being a “seasonal worker” may cause you to be denied unemployment benefits during the period
between our normal seasonal work periods.
The camp staff member agrees to report to the Camp Directors at all times.
