This questionnaire that was created by Paul Chek is designed to help me identify the ideal ratio of macronutrients (fats, proteins, & carbs) to start optimising your body's natural response mechanisms. Let me simplify: foods that once had eyes—like cows, chickens, or salmon—are generally rich in fats & proteins. Foods without eyes, such as vegetables, fruits, & grains, are usually high in carbohydrates & lower in fats & proteins. But remember, there are exceptions—for instance, nuts, seeds, & avocados are high in fats even though they don't have eyes.
When you answer the questions below, please be honest & choose the answers that actually apply to you—not what you think is right. This will ultimately allow me to tailor a specific plan that suits you as an individual—there is no right or wrong answer! If none of the answers suit you in regards to a question—don't answer it. If answer A suits you some of the time & so does answer B, then you may select both answers—provided that the answer refers to how you may feel on any given day, not just on the odd occasion or over a 24 hour period.
When it comes to diet, there is no such thing as a one size fits all—by answering these questions, I will be able to identify your genetic-based nutritional & diet requirements. Start feeling your best by eating foods that are suited for you & your metabolic pattern!
