Free to Be Equine Center - Ground Rules
To help make sure every participant at Free to Be Equine Center have a fun and safe visit, please respect the following rules:
Smoking and Alcohol For the comfort of our participants, staff, volunteers, animals and other individuals, and due to fire safety at the center, smoking, tobacco, and e-cigarettes are not permitted on the property. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Attire Comfortable, unrevealing, clothing should be worn at all times. Weather appropriate clothing should be worn including boots or another sturdy footwear that can get dirty. We reserve the right to ask for an apparel change, or cover-up, for safety purposes and to prevent distractions for other participants and staff. Pets NO PETS are allowed outside of vehicles on our property for safety purposes of the center, participants, volunteers, your pet and other staff. Photography Photography is strictly prohibited during sessions. Should photographs be desired, photographer must receive the express written consent from the participant(s) and center owner. Due to the nature of equine activities, drone photography isn't allowed. Prohibited Activities Purposely harming instructors, volunteers, and center animals including but not limited to; chickens, horses, goats, cats, and dogs is strictly prohibited and may result in the

Other Policies Please show common courtesy to all participants and our staff by refraining from using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior. No client, participant, or guardian/parent of a participant may enter any fenced area
without instructor or volunteer assistance.
Food should not be eaten during a session. We reserve the right to ask any participant(s) to leave the property. We remind you to always be proactive about your safety and the safety of all others while
