Fostering Opportunities Not Guaranteed: Not all applicants will be selected for fostering opportunities. Submission of this application does not guarantee a fostering placement.

Required Information: All required fields must be completed for your application to be considered.

No Need to Contact Us: There is no need to contact us regarding your application status. If fostering opportunities become available, we will reach out to you directly.

Opt-Out Option: You have the right to remove yourself from the fostering list at any time by notifying us at info@serenitykennel.org.

Privacy Assurance: We will not sell or share your personal information. Your details will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fostering opportunities.

No Payment for Fostering: Please be aware that fostering is a voluntary role. You will not be compensated or paid for fostering services.

Out-of-Pocket Expenses: You may incur certain out-of-pocket expenses related to fostering, such as for food, supplies, or transportation. Whenever possible Serenity Kennel will cover these expenses.

Ongoing Tasks: As a foster, you will be asked to complete ongoing tasks as part of your role. This includes providing updates, pictures, and regular check-ins as requested. These tasks will be expected of you throughout the fostering process.

Home Visits: We will request your consent for a site visit to your home (apartment, location, etc.) for pre-approval purposes. Additionally, we may conduct subsequent visits at our discretion to ensure the suitability of the fostering environment.

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Serenity Kennel animal fostered by me.

I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified.

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Serenity Kennel and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog.

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release Serenity Kennel from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s).

I agree to have Serenity Kennel complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Serenity Kennel and try to give Serenity Kennel a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s).
