I shall not drive the EV under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs. I shall drive the EV on paved roads only. I shall drive cautiously and within the speed limits at all times.
I shall bear full liability to any damage that may be caused during and/or with relation to the test drive, including without limitation, damages of any kind whatsoever, direct and/or consequential, that shall be caused to me, to the EV and to any passenger and/or third party.
I shall indemnify the Company immediately upon request for any damages caused to the Company and/or to the EV.
