Green Community Leadership Award Application
The Howard County Department of Public Works, Recycling Division is recognizing community groups, organizations and schools that demonstrate efforts, projects or programs that help protect Howard County's natural environment and preserve its resources.

This award is open to Howard County based community groups, organizations and schools with demonstrated successful green business practices and sustainability initiatives. This may be in the form of projects, programs or other documented efforts.

Awards will be presented at the Howard County GreenFest on April 11, 2026. Applications must be received by February 13, 2026. Award determinations will be made by the County.
