Little Chefs
Pasta Making: More than just flour flies through the air as your kids learn the ancient art of making pasta by hand. Your child will bring home their own homemade noodles, both fettuccine, and angel hair, for you to cook at home. Just boil some water with salt, cook for 30 seconds - 1 minute, remove from the water, and add your favorite sauce! It also freezes well to save for another night.
Pizza: Flipping dough through the air isn’t just for college kids behind the pizza counters at their jobs. Your kids will make the dough, put on the toppings, and bake their own pizza in the kitchen. Nothing beats a perfect pizza, with everything you like on it, and nothing you don’t!
Knife Skills and General Chef Training: From Jambalaya to salads, this class has an ever changing menu that either the Chef tailors to your kids skills or you can suggest something you’d like your child learn to make.
