Vendor spots will be marked with a sign. Set-up is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Trailers are encouraged to set up early. Maps are available the week before the event upon request. Vendors may not begin removal until after the fireworks show is concluded.

Vendor Fee for 10 X 10 ft space and electricity in the form of one regular plug (110): Space is limited and allowed on a first come, first serve basis. The City of Sweetwater reserves the right to reject any and all vendors. You are expected to accommodate the needs of the festival and cooperate with requests from the festival committee and/or City of Sweetwater. No refunds unless the vendor is rejected by the City of Sweetwater. We do not cancel for rain. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes, health department compliance, and wastewater regulations. A detailed copy of events may be obtained by calling City Hall at 423-337-6979.
