IMPORTANT: Annual funding requests for existing chapters (formed in 2025 or earlier) must be submitted by June 2026. Chapters which are newly formed, may submit the funding request by September 2026.
Chapter Activity Support – MTT-S provides annual financial support to its active chapters. The amount of chapter activity financial support is $1,000 per year for single-society MTT-S Chapters or $500 per year for Joint Chapters which are associated with MTT-S.
Chapter Workshop/Symposium Support – MTT-S has established a fund to aid needy chapters to organize technical events. The fund provides $500 seed money per chapter to aid in putting on a yearly event such as a workshop or symposium. For special workshops requiring more financial support, the chapter chair may reach out to the MGA committee.

Funds MUST be payable to an IEEE-approved Chapter/Section bank account and may not be payable to individuals. Please contact your Section for further information.
