WHEREAS, the applicant (including guests and family) desires to release certain parties from any damages that may arise, directly or indirectly, as the result of his/her participating in activities offered by Rocky Mountain Pointing Labrador Club, Inc., fully realizing the inherent danger in any type of sporting event of this nature; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being allowed to participate in said activities, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge the Rocky Mountain Pointing Labrador Club, Inc., its officers, directors, members, participants, spectators, and all land owners whose land they may be utilizing, from any and all manner of actions, causes of actions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which may arise now or in the future as a result of, or pertaining to, the undersigned's participation in any of its activities.
