The full package includes a direct round-trip flight from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City to Accra, Ghana. If you would like us to purchase a flight from your local airport to Ghana, kindly request that in the special requests box below. Please note that there may be additional costs.

If you decide to purchase the package without a flight and buy your own flight ticket, please ensure that you book the Delta flight with the following information:

Please make sure to purchase your flight at least 3 months before the departure date. Once purchased, send us a copy of your flight itinerary without delay, as this is necessary for us to submit your visa documents to immigration.

Make your First Payment
To complete your registration, please make the initial payment of $500.00 (Non-Refundable). 

Once the registration fee has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice and the next steps.

Payments can be processed through Zelle or the Cash App. Credit payments can be processed via PayPal with 3% + .31 fee added to the invoice per transaction. Scan the QR Code or click the PayPal link below to process the first Payment.

Customized payment plans: We allow customized payment plans after your registration deposit. However, 50% of your total package must be paid by March 1, 2026, to hold prices shown in the plan and avoid late fees. After June 30, 2026, prices will be higher, which may lead you to purchase your own flight ticket. Final payments must be made by  October 7, 2026, to avoid late fees.

Add the information on your passport. Please use a valid passport. Confirm that your passport is valid for three months beyond your travel dates. Please upload a photo of your passport's signature & photo page. This will be used to request your visa applications.
