Sponsorship Guidelines

APS agrees to begin providing stated marketing benefits upon receipt of co-signed letter of agreement. Letter of agreement will be provided upon confirmation of level of participation. Hosting organizations maintain the sole right to make any and all decisions concerning content, style and focus of the marketing collateral materials

Accommodations

If necessary, all exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Parking for the duration of the conference will be covered.

EXHIBITOR: $600

The exhibit area will be open approximately one-half hour prior to the opening of registration and will close when the meeting is adjourned. For times of registration, breaks, and adjournment, see the Program Brochure. All exhibits are 6 foot tabletop displays and come without electricity. Should you need electricity for your exhibit, please indicate so on the application. Exhibit spaces may or may not be in secured areas of a meeting space. APS cannot be responsible for the security of items associated with exhibits or for payment of shipped items. However, we can receive shipped materials. Please work this out in advance with Mary Ann Mansfield.
