 PLEASE NOTE: This form is built to be completed on your mobile device. The purpose of this request is to assist and acknowledge the transfer of the tenant(s) rights and obligations of an existing lease. This includes the transfer of his/her interest in the security deposit under that same lease.

The Tenant(s) acknowledge that the transfer of the lease includes accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges at the end of the lease term whether or not the damage occureed before the date of this agreement. 

Shall the Tenant(s) and Four Star Realty move forward with the Occupancy Transfer, parties involved will be made aware of the ledger and any money owed that has occurred during this lease term and assume responsibility for any balances due and hereby affirm that.

A Single Occupancy Transfer is the most common option, and is used to replace yourself on the lease with a new tenant. You do not intend on returning to the property once the transfer is completed.

A Double Occupancy Transfer is the option you should select if you intend on returning to the property during the lease or immediate renewal period. The replacement tenant is temporary, as you will transfer occupancy back to yourself on a certain date.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Transfer document may take up to two weeks to be prepared. If you select a date within the next two weeks, please understand that we may not be able to honor this date.
