IF YOU ARE ORDERING A VEGAS-THEMED OR RETRO CAKE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING...
PLEASE READ TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ORDER REQUEST:
- This form DOES NOT officially book your order. A quote/invoice will be sent in approximately 48 hours.
- 50% order deposit MUST be paid to secure the date. We accept credit card, Square, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.
- Quoted prices at valid for 7 days or until cancelled by BGB. You will need to obtain new quote if cancelled.
- Discounts are valid as stated on quote or for 7 days.
- Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event. If payment is not made, your order will be cancelled. There will be a 25% fee to re-activate your order.
- Please note that dates may become unavailable at any time until deposit is paid.
- Payment is acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- All payments are non-refundable within 14 days of scheduled delivery or pickup.
- We do not replicate items EXACTLY as your inspiration photo, as it is not our art. We will use you inspiration as a scope of work for our own inspiration, but it will be similar in vision.
- No changes to order 14 days prior.
- Delivery and pick-up waiting period window is 15 minutes. After which, there will be a $25 reschedule fee applied. Your cake will be held, awaiting the fee payment for 24 hours, before being donated. A full price redelivery fee needs to be repaid for all deliveries. We do not deliver to concierges, bellman, front desks, or other hotel staff. We only meet our customers or a rented venue/restaurant, in person. Las Vegss hotels & casinos do not accept cakes on behalf of hotel guests.
- Plan to refrigerate your cake within 30 minutes. Please do not drive around or place cake on counter in the Vegas heat. Even non-perishable cakes need refrigeration in the heat about 70 degrees. We are not responsible for poor handling, as instructions are given at time of pickup/delivery, as well as, this warning provided. We sell ice and insulation bags to keep cakes cool during travel, but again, the bag does not replace a refrigerator and is only for temporary storage. If you choose to use a bag kit, please know 2-4hr is a suggested timeframe, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for melted cakes, which are not properly refrigerated and handled.
- In the rare chance that you have concerns or issues with your item, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify. All items MUST be returned, uneaten, for any refunds to be issued. No refunds or credits will be given, if proper care & handling was not followed, per our TofC.
- Fundraiser payouts are paid 30 days after the close of event.
- We do not ship cream cheese, ganache or fruit.
