Sierra HR Partners bills in arrears, and you will receive an invoice after the training, following month-end when we complete invoicing. If you do not have an active account with us, please complete our new client onboarding form before registering.
To receive a certificate of completion for our Harassment Prevention courses, participants must log in on time. Staff attendees arriving more than five minutes late, or supervisors arriving more than ten minutes late, will not receive certificates of completion and are subject to being billed.
Certificates are typically issued within 2–3 weeks. Attendance is manually validated using Zoom’s participant log, and certificates will be sent to the manager listed on the attached registration form. Your organization is responsible for tracking and maintaining all certificates of completion that we issue for training.
Cancellation Policy: No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed. Substitutions are accepted—please notify us of staffing changes prior to the webinar.
