Terms and Conditions for Free Hāngī Giveaway during Summer Vibes Whānau Day

 
By participating in the free Hāngī giveaway at the Summer Vibes Whānau Day hosted by Awataha Marae, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 
1. Eligibility

 
a. The free Hāngī giveaway is open to all attendees of the Summer Vibes Whānau Day.

b. To receive a free Hāngī, participants must register at the designated registration booth or online in advance.

c. One free Hāngī per person is allowed. Multiple registrations by the same individual will not be accepted.

 
2. Registration

 
a. Participants must provide valid contact information at the time of registration.

b. By registering, participants consent to having their names and contact details added to Awataha Marae’s services database for future communications, including newsletters, promotions, offers, and event updates.

c. Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time by following the instructions provided in our emails.

 
3. Hāngī Collection

 
a. The free Hāngī will be distributed during the designated time slots on the event day.

b. Participants must present their registration confirmation to collect their Hāngī.

c. Awataha Marae will not be responsible for lost or misplaced registration confirmations.

 
4. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

 
a. The Hāngī is prepared using traditional ingredients and methods. Awataha Marae cannot guarantee that the Hāngī is free from allergens.

b. It is the participant’s responsibility to inquire about potential allergens or dietary concerns before consuming the Hāngī.

 
5. Liability

 
a. Awataha Marae will not be liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from the consumption of the Hāngī.

b. Participants consume the Hāngī at their own risk.

 
6. Changes or Cancellations

 
a. Awataha Marae reserves the right to alter or cancel the Hāngī giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or supply issues.

b. In the event of cancellation, Awataha Marae will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred by participants.

 
7. Privacy

 
a. Awataha Marae is committed to protecting your privacy and will use your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

b. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.

8. General
a. By registering for the free Hāngī giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

b. Awataha Marae reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
