Eligibility:
NO qualifying total or competition is required to enter this event.
Open to the first 50 athletes that register for the competition.
All Athletes are required to be current members of Powerlifting America by Saturday, March 15, 2025.

IPF Weight Classes:
Women: 43kg, 47kg, 52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 76kg, 84kg, and 84+kg
Men: 53kg, 59kg, 66kg, 74kg, 83kg, 93kg, 105kg, 120kg, and 120+kg
Competition Uniform:
All support suits, shirts, wraps, knee sleeves, and singlets must meet the IPF specifications
Awards:
Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all divisions. Trophies will be awarded to the overall best lifters in the Powerlifting, Push-Pull, Bench Press and Deadlift Championships.

- Bench Press Only
- Deadlift Only
Drug-testing:
All registered athletes are subject to drug testing before, during, or after the competition by USADA or CCES!
Coach and Spectator Admission:
Admission for spectators will be $10.00. Personal coaches will be $15.00. Please, CASH only. Payments for spectators and coaches will be made directly to the War Room Gym Staff Member.

7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Women
7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Men 53.00kg to 74.00kg
9:00am to 12:00pm – Competition Lifting
12:00pm to 12:30pm – Awards
Session II:
12:00pm to 1:30pm – Weigh in for all Men 83.00kg to 120+kg
2:00pm to 5:00pm – Competition Lifting
5:00pm to 5:30pm – Awards
