    Ride Fees:  These are the Registration Fees today and forward with the extra $35.00 added for registration on May 23, 2026 when you sign up in camp.

    Junior and Young rider 18 and under ride Free (including trail)

     

    Non AERC member fee:  $20.00 each day    This applies to Endurance Junior/Young Riders who are not AERC members as well.

     

    Refund Policy:

    Ride entries received prior to May 19 will refund all but $25.00 of the ride entry, ride entries received after May 19 will refund all but $35.00 of the ride entry.

     

    Camping Fee: 

    $15.00 per night per truck/trailer (for parking at event center grounds).  Please enter arrival date and departure date for management farther down the page.

  • Corral Pen Lottery

    It’s a well known fact that there are a limited number of corrals available, with preference given to those riding longer distances. To enter the lottery, you must submit your name and phone number via email to Carol Giles (lawdoc@crestviewcable.com) by May 1, 2025. Those being awarded a corral will be contacted by May 2, 2025 and Carol will explain the cost and how to pay for your corral. A waiting list will be maintained and riders will be notified if a pen becomes available after the lottery is completed.

    If you are awarded and pay for a pen, but are unable to attend the ride you are free to sell the use of your pen to another rider. Please contact Carol and let her know who you sold the pen to if unable to attend the ride.

  • All riders will sign the Mary & Anna Liablity Release Signature Form and the Outback Venue Waiver at the ride.
