Rules And Regulations
NOSFERATU Sweepstakes Rules

Contestants must be 18 years or older to participate. Sweepstakes begins on December 18th, 2024 and ends on January 5th, 2025 at 11:59pm. Winner will be notified via email on or about January 7th, 2025. Winner must be able to pick up prize from theatre; no prizes will be mailed out.

Employees of R/C Theatres and immediate family members are not eligible to enter to win. Four (4) winners will be drawn from all entries. Winner will have until 3pm on January 9th to respond to claim the prize. After that date, another winner will be chosen. Once winner has been notified that the prize is at the theatre, they have 30 days to pick up prize. After that, the prize will be forfeited.

R/C Theatres is not responsible for, nor will they replace, any prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged or mutilated after the prize is claimed. Contestants will be disqualified if they fail to comply with any and all of the sweepstakes rules and regulations. By entering the giveaway, the winner is bound by all giveaway rules and also by any federal, state, or local laws. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
