To protect the 7th Path Recognitions, all students are required to sign this form prior to learning 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®.

By signing, you agree not to teach these Recognitions unless you become a Certified 7th PathTM Teacher. The Recognitions are copyrighted, and the term 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is a registered trademark.
