Reservation & Payment Terms
Full Payment Required: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. A reservation is not confirmed and no spot is guaranteed until full payment is received.
Gratuity Charge: A 15% gratuity fee will be automatically applied to all reservations.
Final Sale: All bookings are final and non-refundable. For issues on the day of your event, please contact the Party Coordinator (Monday–Friday, 11AM–3PM).
Food Policy
Preorders Required: All food must be preordered at least 5 days in advance. Due to the size of our café, large orders will be delivered in waves upon completion.
Pricing Adjustments: Front desk staff cannot modify pricing. Any discrepancies must be resolved with the Party Coordinator on the next business day.
Restrictions
Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food or drink is not allowed (exceptions: cake and ice cream). Unauthorized items will be removed by staff.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be compensated with extended lane time.
Check-In Process:
- Check in at the Desk or Kiosk.
- You must collect shoes at the desk.
- Notify staff upon arrival to initiate any food prep
Food Timing:
- Preordered food begins preparation after check-in.
- Pizza cook time is 15–20 minutes.
- A maximum of 4 pizzas can be cooked at a time.
Additional Charges:
Extra Items: Any additional items ordered on the day of the reservation will require a credit card authorization on file. Pre-paid card details will not be retained.
