Early Admissions Window

Opens: Monday, November 2, 2026
Applications due: Friday, December 11, 2026

Families who apply during the Early Admissions Window for the 2027-2028 school year receive discounted fees:

Application Fee: $35
Registration Fee: $200

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

Our online application will guide you through each step. Here’s what to expect:

You can save your progress and come back to finish at any time. When you’re done, submit your application with the application fee, and we’ll begin processing it.

 

Step 1: Fill Out the Application Forms
All applicants are required to complete the following:
‣ Application for Enrollment
‣ Parent/Guardian Questionnaire
‣ Release of School Records Authorization Form (signature required)
‣ Application Fee payment

Kindergarten applicants also complete:
‣ Kindergarten Parent Questionnaire

 

Step 2: Upload Documents
All applicants must submit the following:
‣ Applicant Photo
‣ Birth Certificate *
‣ Immunization Record
‣ Sacramental Certificates (Baptism, First Communion, etc.), if applicable
*Required at time of application submission

Grades 1–8 applicants also upload:
‣ Report Cards from the previous and current school year
‣ Standardized Test Scores from the previous and current school year, if available

 

Step 3: Share Current Teacher and Principal/Director Contact Information
We’ll email the following forms directly to your child’s current school, so please have these email addresses ready:

Kindergarten applicants
‣ Preschool teacher, who will complete the Preschool Teacher Evaluation Form

Grades 1–8 applicants
‣ Current classroom teacher, who will complete the Academic/Character Reference
‣ Current principal or director, who will complete the Principal Recommendation Form

 

Your application is complete once all forms are submitted, your documents are uploaded, the fee is paid, and we’ve received the teacher and principal forms.

Please upload the following items. Once your admissions folder is marked complete with these items, we’ll schedule your Principal and Parent Meeting, which is the final step in the admissions process.

Grades First - Eighth Required Documents:

Parents: Please complete, sign and submit along with your completed application. We will request the records upon acceptance of the student.
