I am beyond happy to use my creative abilities to design a tattoo that is unique and one of a kind just for you with all details you desire within size/placement boundary. This is always so fun and I love to bring your ideas to life!

PLACEMENT - I DO NOT

tattoo on these folowing placements:

• Feet

• Inside fingers (top of fingers and hands are okay)
DEPOSIT - Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required in order for you to secure your appointment. Once you request an appoinment, a link will be sent via text in order to pay deposit, note that your appointment will not be accepted if the depsoit is not paid.

Deposit does go towards the final cost of your tattoo. Once I respond to your form you will receive a link with instructions on how/what to book.

If you are 16-17 years old, you do need your legal guardian to accompany you to your appointment.

There are specific state required forms that have to be filled out in order for a minor to be tattooed in the state of Florida. This form needs to be notarized.

I want your experience to be as convenient as possible, so with that being said, my studio does have a state notary on site for these forms to be filled and legalized. *no charge
