DEPOSIT - Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required in order for you to secure your appointment. Deposit does go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

If you’re 16–17, your legal guardian must come with you to the appointment. You’ll also need to bring your IDs and a notarized consent form required by the state of Florida. You can ask me for this form to fill out.
