Instructions for Submitting Your Lifeguard Challenge Video

Follow Us for This Month’s Challenge

• Follow our official TikTok account to view the current month’s Lifeguard Challenge. @thecprescaperoom

• Challenges are updated monthly, so be sure to check back at the beginning of each month!

2. Prepare and Record Your Submission

• Complete this month’s Lifeguard Challenge as outlined in the TikTok video.

• Record your submission ensuring all requirements are met.

3. Submit Your Video

• Only one video submission per participant is allowed each month.

• Submissions must be sent via video submission form here by 12:00 PM (noon) EST time on the last day of the month.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Participant Agreement

• By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms, conditions, and disclaimers provided.

• You assume all risks associated with participating in the Lifeguard Challenge.

• The organizers, including 30 to 2 LLC, ManikinPal LLC, and their affiliates, are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.
