Dear Applicant:
The Education Foundation is committed to funding educational programs and major projects that go above and beyond what the District is financially able to provide and enhance the learning experiences of Huntley District 158 students. All grant proposals must be directly linked to classroom learning objectives. Examples of grant proposals include robotics equipment for robotics clubs, auto lifts, science lab equipment, assemblies, and student community integration experiences.
Foundation grants are made:
- After individual review for merit, feasibility and benefit to students
- Only for programs that directly benefit instruction and enrichment
- Solely at the discretion of the D158 Education Foundation’s Board of Directors
Grants that will not be approved include the following:
- Curriculum
- Books
- Flexible Seating
- Field Trips
